Draped in a lush green hue, the ‘Shayra’ dupatta is crafted in delicate organza silk-soft, sheer, and fluid. The borders are hand-embroidered with a fine blend of gota, marodi, sequins, and thread work, in an old-rose and gold palette. A subtle vine-like motif runs through the edges-an ode to vintage heirlooms that once lined the trunks of our grandmothers. The name ‘Shayra’, meaning a poetess, draws from the thought that every drape, every border, and every glint of gota is a verse-stitched with care, layered with nostalgia, and carried forward through craft.
